Frequently asked questions.

How do we begin?

  • Once you are ready to sign on, we will send you a Letter of Agreement.  We will require a 50% deposit to secure dates.

  • Once the deposit is received and the Agreement is signed, we will schedule dates for our Virtual Sessions.  Each session is 3-3.5 hours in length.  That may seem long for a zoom session, but because this is an experiential process, the time will go quickly with discussions, interactive workshops, teaching components and group presentations.

  • Final payment will be required within five business days following our last Bootcamp Session or the full-day in-person event. 

How many people should i invite?

The ideal size of a Bootcamp Group is seven people.  In our experience, groups larger than this lose the intimacy and cohesiveness necessary for this process and its outcome.

What do we need for a successful group experience?

  • Headsets with a good microphone are essential. Clear sound is vital if the team is gathering in a Boardroom. We need to hear each other. Note: Please do a test before our first session.

  • Everyone is required to submit their assignments on time. The lessons will take time, energy and focus and help your team prepare mentally.

  • Our book, BIG LITTLE LEGENDS, is turning out to be a key component in helping teams find greater alignment and significantly accelerate the process. We recommend that each Bootcamp member read the book before we begin the Bootcamp. You can buy it on Amazon below.

What is the roadmap?

Once we complete all the sessions and finalize the Narrative, you will receive your Roadmap. Overall, it summarizes what you and your team created in the sessions. However, there will be two additional pieces that will guide your strategy.

  1. The Brand Narrative: a 2–6-word phrase encapsulates your values and sets you apart from those in your space. It also reflects who you truly are.

  2. The Signature Story: a story that explains the Narrative in a way that evokes emotion. It is used as the springboard for your Movie Trailer with respect to script development and storyboarding.

Following the bootcamp, What are the next steps?

This is just the beginning! The next BIG step is to create your Movie Trailer, which will be positioned at the top of the Home Page with a big play button.  This is the digital flagship for your new brand.
